Sunrise Yoga - A moderate hatha flow class to get your blood moving, stretch and stregthen your body and start your day.
Athletic Yoga - A vigorous hatha class targeting hamstrings, hips and core. A perfect balance for the athlete in you!
Hatha/ Vinyasa - Series of Sun Salutations, long held standing poses to build strength and stamina, core work followed by seated forward bends and twists. Lots of modifications. Best for students with some yoga experience.
Restorative Yoga - Restore and relax: Passive and slow moving poses to increase flexibilty.
Yin Yoga - Series of long-held, passive floor poses focussing on deep stretching of connective tissues to provide muscle release.
Power Flow - Synchronizing the breath with movements and postures in a fluid practice to enhance strength, flexibility and concentration while cleansing the body and calming the mind.
Mat Pilates - A class to strengthen core muscles, improve skeletal alignment and flexibility.
HIIT Pilates - This cardio based class combines high intensity interval training, light weights and Pilates.
Tone & Stretch - This class focuses on building a lean and supple body through core work and deep stretch.
Spin - Challenge yourself on the stationary bike with this cardio conditioning class. You'll climb, sprint and race to the finish line.
Spin to Core - A perfect duo of high intensity cardio on the spin bike followed by a complete core strength circuit.
Spinlates - Take your training to the next level by combining Spin & Pilates! Join us for hour one, hour two, or both.
Sunrise Cardio - A mix of basic cardio and interval training for all levels. A great way to shape and tone your body!
Cardio Kick - High intensity cardio and cross training using minimal equipement for a total body workout.
Load & Lift - Periodized strength training using barbells, dumbbells and step, with a focus on building muscular endurance. Program changes monthly.
**Reformer Pilates - Pilates class on the Reformer apparatus, focusing on posture and alignment. Reformer uses power and resistance to challenge your core via principles of balance and strength. Only 4 clients per class with expert tuition, no prior Pilates experience required. Clients must register with Reception in advance, class costs $20/class.
