Pedal & Pump - This 60 minute class offers a TOTAL BODY WORKOUT; 30 minutes on the spin bikes, and 30 minutes of muscle conditioning, ending with abs and stretch… You need to try it!
Spin - Using a stationary studio cycle, intensity can be increased or decreased by changing the resistance level on the flywheel. Cycling builds endurance and trains leg muscles to be strong while being kinder to knees and ankles due to minimal weight bearing.
Beginners should work at their own pace!
Please arrive 5 - 10 minutes before class to set up your bike.

Body Blast - Blast your fitness to the next level! This class provides the variety your body needs to see results by combining fun high energy cardio intervals with specific muscle conditioning that will be tailored to the class's needs from week to week. Enjoy the music and feel the burn!
Muscle Mix - A traditional Hi-Lo aerobics class interspersed with strengthening segments, followed by abdominal work and stretches.
Sculpted - Bootcamp at it’s best! Give your body a full body workout with this challenging and unique blend of aerobic & anaerobic conditioning, and strength & endurance training. Squat, lunge, squeeze, & sweat - sculpt your way to a stronger, leaner body in no time!
Zumba - Ditch the workout and join the party! This fun and easy to follow cardio dance class combines high-energy and motivating Latin music with unique moves and combinations that make you feel like you are partying on the dance floor. Easy to follow, and something everyone can do - Zumba is the best way to "dance away your worries.” We promise, exercise has never been so fun!
Yoga Essentials (Beginner) - This is the perfect class for students who are new to Yoga or need to refine their practice. Focuses on poses to stretch & strengthen the whole body. Emphasis is given to the basic principles of alignment in poses.
MMA Bootcamp - Say goodbye to stress and frustration! You will ground and pound, kick, pump and sweat your way to a leaner, fitter more confident you. Using various exercises during each workout will cause muscle confusion so your body doesn’t get bored of the same old routine and keep you building muscle and burning fat. Our instructor is a certified personal trainer, MMA conditioning coach, and a certified Fitness Kickboxing Instructor - he’s fully qualified to kick your butt into shape!
